Fantastic location right next to the Westfahlenhallen where I went for ComicCon. The staff were very friendly, the room comfortable, clean and elegant, and there was a beautiful Christmas tree in the foyer. And, last but certainly not least, there were great vegan options at breakfast, something every other hotel I‘ve stayed in was sorely lacking. For this alone I‘d have given the best review possible. Thank you for thinking of your vegan guests!

The hotel is in a great location for visiting a match at Signal Iduna Park. few minutes walk. It is also close to city center with maybe a 20 min walk. lots of restaurants around. Very good buffet breakfast. The rooms could do with an update but are comfortable. The staff make this place. always friendly and cheerful and helpful. Really excellent service and a warm and welcoming place to stay.

Great Breakfast with plenty of choice, good coffee. Good size very clean room with comfortable bed. Shower had good water pressure and temperature. Friendly and helpful staff. Great location easy to get to just off the Autobahn, with Dortmund Messe just across a walk bridge. The food in the restaurant was excellent with the ribeye steak being the best on the menu.

All aspects of our stay went really well. I appreciate the room wasn't disabled friendly, not a real problem. Did find the bathroom a bit of a tight squeeze getting in. Not a complaint I may add!! Felt well looked after by the staff. Good location for what we wanted to do at the exhibition hall!! Good breakfast selection.
